Sharing Ethiopian culture through food has always been my way of bringing people together. Through Addis NOLA, I celebrate the vibrant flavors, traditions, and hospitality of my homeland with the New Orleans community. But the journey that brought me here—from Ethiopia across cultures and continents—is a much deeper story.
